Learn how to avoid dangerous situations and protect yourself from attackers! This seminar teaches prevention, stranger awareness, verbal boundaries, and effective self-defense techniques. It is a great class for moms and daughters to attend together! The seminar is taught by instructors from PSKA Karate. All minors must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. Be sure to wear loose, comfortable clothing.

This program is taught by the professional coaches from the Reach Higher Academy. This program includes a Skills & Interest Assessment to help you decide upon a college and career path. We also deliver a high energy approach in the areas of organizational skills, goal setting, leadership behaviors, marketing yourself, motivation techniques, team building, and much more! Come join us for a fun and introspective approach to preparing yourself for the college years ahead.

If you've taken our classes before, be assured that each session ALWAYS introduces brand new, exciting lessons. Abrakadoodle's Process Art approach allows kids the freedom to be as creative as they please, and parents will be amazed at what their kids can imagine and produce. Each lesson introduces a different artist, culture, technique, art media, and/or artistic style. We'll experiment with watercolors, pastels, modeling compounds, and more! Both contemporary and master artists are featured and kids are introduced to a variety of art vocabulary. Everyone comes home with their own framed masterpiece at the end of every class! Class fee includes all materials. *The combo option includes additional care for students once the class is over for the day. Develop the fundamental skills of basketball in a fun and exciting environment. Shooting, dribbling, passing, defense, and proper positioning will be emphasized. *The combo option includes additional care for students once the class is over for the day. This one hour class is fun for all ages and fitness levels. A low impact cardio workout is followed by toning with hand weights. Abdominal and other floor exercises enhanced by pilates and yoga moves, followed by soothing stretches, will leave you energized and feeling great!

This program will teach your child how to act and react positively in many situations. Our approach to teaching will help channel aggression while encouraging others to be more assertive. Children can expect to get regular & proper exercise, improve coordination & motor skills, learn non-violent problem solving techniques, and the value of respect. *Fee for each additional family member is $82.50.

Zumba is a dance fitness class based on Latin dance and using international rhythms. It's a party you won't want to miss! So leave your inhibitions at the door and come have some fun with a great workout! Proper footwear required (sneakers, etc.).
