ACT Preparation Workshop

The ACT Preparation Workshop will successfully prepare you to take the test by:

·      Showing you exactly what the format of the ACT is and the kinds of questions to expect for each of the sections of the test;

·      Teaching you test taking strategies that can be used on the ACT;

·      Letting you practice through mini tests over each of the sections of the ACT;

·      Stressing the necessity to pace yourself as well as when and how to guess at answers

·      Giving you a complete practice test and answer key.

The best method for scoring well on the ACT and replacing anxiety with confidence is to be knowledgeable and well prepared. To prepare properly, be sure to allow adequate time between this preparation class and the ACT test of your choice. This workshop is for students taking the ACT during the remainder of the calendar year, and includes information and strategies for the essay portion of the ACT. Bring a CALCULATOR and a WATCH WITH A SECOND HAND. A manual is provided to each participant.
