Registration Deadline
The registration deadline is one week before class begins, unless otherwise noted. Most activities have a minimum and maximum limit to the number of participants allowed; therefore, any classes which do not meet the minimum enrollment requirement may be cancelled. Please register as early as possible, as registrations will be accepted on a first-pay, first-serve basis.

Transporting Children
Please note the scheduled time of the activity so that children can be dropped off and picked up promptly. Supervision is not available beyond the scheduled times of the activity, making it inappropriate to drop off children early or to pick them up late.  

Class Confirmation
Once you have turned in your registration form and fee, plan to attend the activities as scheduled in the brochure. If you provide an email address on the registration form, you will receive confirmation via email.

Waitlist Policy
Participants who register after a class has reached its maximum enrollment will be placed on a waitlist for the class.  Do not attend the class unless we notify you.

Refund Policy
Full refunds are made when we cancel a class due to low enrollment or circumstances beyond our control. No refunds will be given after the conclusion of a class or program.  

• If you cancel a class BEFORE the class begins: $5 cancellation fee charged for classes $50 and under. If the class is over $50 a 10% cancellation fee will be applied.
  
• If you cancel a class AFTER the class has started, then your refund will reflect the cancellation fee and the refund will be prorated for the number of classes already held, regardless of your child's attendance. 

 Saline Area Schools Student Assistance Policy
Any student serving a suspension is  not eligible to participate in any Community Education program until suspension is served. 

Discounted Programs & Classes
Because we must be financially self-supported through fees, you may be asked to pay up to the full rate under some circumstances. 

• Seniors 60 and older may be eligible for a 50% discount on classes advertised in our program guide
• Students enrolled in Before & After School Care may be eligible for a 25% discount on classes that coincide with his/her B&A Care schedule. Call 429-8020 to notify them of your discount at the time of registration. You will be required to pay full price for the classes as refunds will be processed once the class has ended. 
• Students who are approved for Free/Reduced lunch through the Food Service Department are eligible to receive 15% off Community Education programs and classes. Please call 429-8020 to register for classes and to request your discount.
